Was on the phone with papa last night and
he told me not to go back Bedok today.
They are busy with 佛堂's events ...
Decided to meet 损友 for lunch and shopping ...
Of course, I must tabao for my very busy swimming coach first!
When he returned to the pool,
off I go to meet 损友。

Loving time back home...
1. The course ended on time and we made our way home to enjoy the off day. Slacked a bit. Watch a bit of Hk drama. Laogong and I went for an hour walk around our neighbourhood, in my Disney tee! We shifted to a very nice and friendly neighbourhood. First time yesterday we met '1' not so friendly neighbour. Whatever :)
2. Cooked dinner. Slack somemore and I decided to decorate the plain tissue box a bit! Hee. Slept before 12 to wake up early for the 2nd part of the course.
3. Had Prata for breakfast before course. Yummy!
4. Got ready for workshop and time flies! Lunch time!

8 months self-ban!
First step to my self-ban is the uninstallation of tPF app.
Haha, one of the main source of my constant chanel cravings.
Bought so many items this trip that I'm looking at my stuff in shock (or in awe) myself.
Better stop it for 8 months!
(Well, my birthday is in 8 months time :p)
Must discuss with 损友 what else we can do. Haha.

Back to SG/JB :)
The very morning back home,
even while laogong was lazing in bed,
I decided to drive out to our favourite coffeeshop to tabao!
Couldn't wait to devour in local food!
After that, unwrapping starts!
Our new very luck meow!
Bought it during transit in Japan.
Actually, when we were flying to states on Xmas eve,
we already decided to go back and buy it!

USA 14/1/13 Thank You, Ruth!
Laogong was limping from after the Goofy Challenge.
Stranded for a day in airport was not his choice.
Encounters at the airport counters:
1: Offered u food vouchers. Ate yummy food. Comforted by 1%.
2: Offered us one pair of confirmed seats for Minneapolis - Portland. (none for Portland - Tokyo and Tokyo - Singapore)
3: Third time back. Offered us another pair. Why not they just give us everything?
4: Fourth time. Still refused to give us a hotel room. Settled all 3 pairs of seats though.
5: Finally! It is minus14 degrees Celsius. I asked or blankets and official document to make insurance claims. Ruth came back with documents but no blankets :( She gave us hotel vouchers! More on the airline later. But really, thank you, Ruth and Amarisi. You made this delay slightly better.
Limping laogong reached the hotel and was happy to see the pool. Water therapy for his painful legs.
Still, 25 days away! We really want to go home!

USA 14/1/13 Not quite yet...
Packed and got ready to go home.
Boarded flight from Orlando and reached Minneapolis to transit...
Flight to Narita cancelled due to bad weather!
They issued us new boarding passes for Jan 15, 9am!
That was like 23h later previously or 16h later from now I blog.
They gave us meal vouchers and recommended cheaper hotels (no compensation due to weather factor).
I decided not to and told laogong to camp at airport!
Haha. Adventures!
What a trip!
Now all, pray for good weather so we can go home!
Especially the parents! :p
I want to start teaching on Friday!
