Wakey @ 0630 but we decided to sleep more and skip coffee @ Cheng San.
Had Polar and coffee @ the pool after my ten laps.
Kept the number of laps low hoping my knee will be better soon.
Will emtech in the noon and maybe emtech again in the evening.
Enjoyed my coffee, puffs and Chic.
Shall mark compo. 82 to mark.
