Nostalgia ... even before it is here ...

By God's will the first video I saw today on eve's blog was Power of  Your love and this led me to the numerous on my playlist.

I usually won't play this list on a normal day (which will usually be my Taiwan 偶像drama songs or some current 98.7/98 songs) but after Power of Your Love, i played my favourite list :)

And nostalgia kicks in ...

From time in St. Hildas to current time ... 

I'm missing my kiddos and my friends ...

I'm going to miss the mass ...

I'm missing Novena (and Marj and I were just saying we haven't been going!) ...

I made the choice to leave service at the end of the year and I will never regret it.

Life is too short to regret.

I want to try out what I want to regardless of the results :)

This year is a lot of 'Last one".

Just saw Ja's email ... Children's Day will be a last one @ the workplace too ...

Everything is personal ...

Today ...
Something happened in workplace.
Rather, heard of a news related to next week's official event.
Damn.
Some changes in personnel.
We didn't have our say nor our choice.
Then, received an SMS ... ending with No One is Perfect (NOIP).
The issue has NOTHING to do with NOIP.
It was a friend who sent that message.
To end with NOIP ... I don't know, was darn damn irritating.
There is no relation to the issue at all.
I deleted that SMS.
I'm rattling on.
So, yes.
I shan't be bothered because I know,
What I can't control I should not get angry.

I want to wake up and enjoy my breakfast leisurely.
I want to wake up and go for walks.

I want to go slow and enjoy my life, smell the flowers.

I want to enjoy the first 6 months of 2012 to enjoy life and breathe without rushing to be at work at 720. Rushing to make coffee so that I can drink while driving. Rushing to the hall so that spys and backstabbers won't have anything to bitch about. Rushing to room with 10000 things on hand because management says we should not go back to office to take them and should bring them all out to the hall.

Yes, I am totally unhappy with a lot of issues and situation BUT the children and friends (note, it's friends) make it all up. Then I should stay on for the sake of children and friends? NO, because no one is indispensable and I've my life to lead - the life I want. Who can determine what I SHOULD do? Yes, should? Of course no one. It's what I WANT :)

Big mess @ semb: Old furniture gone. Dear's papa painting our room. Furniture coming on Wed.

Big mess @ Bedok: Installation of new sys3 aircon. Papa said I shd have stayed in school because it's so messy. But still, coming home to be in messy home is heart warming. Especially with papa's yummy food :)
