The 3-seconds call and the message @ the centre's laptop screen made the long day seems so much better.
As to why did I fork out $60, well, SQuek said that based on what I submitted to her previously in May (money and edusave forms), the money did not tally. It just suddenly did not tally. I've no idea what did she do to cause that. I've no energy to argue or push the blame to her. So, just $60 to shut her mouth up :) $60 to buy peace. Hopefully it is not because she is getting senile.
