As part of the Singapore Food Fest, they actually have a Tingkat Cruise @ the Singapore River where one gets to try different food from different dialect groups.
We had the Hokkien Mee, Teo Chew Carrot Cake, Cantonese Tong Shui, Hakka Shun Kuey and Hainanese Chicken Rice. Heh. And we brought home the Tingkat! I like that red Tingkat.
